Upon embarking on this journey, I was eager to make swift progress. I believed that by devising and implementing a plan, success would effortlessly come my way. However, I soon realized that this was not the case. I must first learn to take gradual steps before making significant strides. In today's fast-paced society, the expectation of immediate gratification has become the norm, although I am aware of its unrealistic nature. Recently, while networking, I was provided with a list of valuable resources. Unfortunately, when urgently seeking assistance to secure shelter for a young mother and her daughter, I encountered a lack of available options. The prevalent issue of homelessness in our world persists, underscoring the insufficiency of aid regardless of the circumstances. This experience has underscored the importance of broadening my perspective. I now recognize the necessity of becoming the very resource that I seek, albeit acknowledging the need to progress methodically from crawling to walking before running.
